David Elliott came to Kansas City in 1991 and started working for C&P Construction in the framing industry. With 23 years experience, 18 as a foreman, he bought the company in 2007 and changed the name to Construction & Planning Services Inc. He carried on the tradition of the company with highly experienced crews and quality carpenters, nine of whom have 15-42 years of experience, able to perform any job from small remodels to large homes and commerical projects.

David is now excited to introduce insulated panels from Thermocore of Missouri to the Kansas City area. This will provide a highly insulated wall or roof insulation that will meet all the 2012 energy codes.

He is a certified green professional, sits on the board for the Education Committee for Johnson County Contractor Licensing, is a member of the KCHBA and is involved in many industry charities.
